3 HOW TO EASILY IMPROVE BODY POSTURE

1. Evaluation desk

2. Exercise

- Pelvic tilt: When you sit down, press your hips into the seat, hold for three seconds, then release. This method can tighten and strengthen abdominal muscles.

- Chin tucks: Also, when seated, place the tip of the fingers on the chin and push it toward the rear. Make sure the head is not up or down. This exercise will straighten the spine and make the head more upright.

- Lean back: To align the spine while sitting tends to bend, do the exercise standing up. Stand up and put his hand on the lower back and the movement back toward the rear.

3. Use a shoe that can support the body properly
Using high heels do make the body look more upright. But too often use it only made a bad posture. You should limit its use. For everyday, use comfortable shoes with heels that fit and soft pads. That's because the choice of shoes really affect your posture.
